Refund Policy

At Punker’s Peak Apparel, each item is printed on demand, so please choose your size, colour, and design carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you decide you no longer want the item after ordering.

Refunds or replacements may only be offered if:

• the product you receive is not what you ordered; or
• the product arrives damaged or faulty.

Proof will be required before any refund or replacement is approved. This may include clear photos of the item, packaging, damage, incorrect design , incorrect size, or any other relevant issue. accurate descriptions of product issue must be submitted in the email. Please ensure that your order number and details must be included in the email including the garment type and size, the design your ordered and the design printed,
