SHIPPING POLICY

Punker's Peak Apparel currently ships within Australia only.

Each item is printed on demand, meaning your order goes into production after it is placed. Please allow time for both production and delivery when estimating when your order will arrive.

Estimated Delivery Times Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks from the date your order is placed. This includes production and shipping time. On occasion, orders may take up to 3 weeks due to production demand, shipping carrier delays, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer than expected.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not what you ordered.

Punker's Peak Apparel will review the issue and, where necessary, contact the fulfilment provider, printer, or shipping carrier on your behalf. Please do not contact the fulfilment provider directly.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
